Thriving Through Change:
Over 70% of change initiates fail to meet their objectives. That’s not ok – and it can be avoided. Introducing your team to the brain functions that can derail them give them more self-authority, but also help their teams during performance management times, make difficult conversations easier, and generally increase your team’s level of success and productivity.
Creating a Culture of Engagement
Gossip, bullying, and ongoing lateness can completely derail your team’s performance or worse, create a negative ripple throughout the organization that can become toxic. Toxicity not only causes good people to leave but also deters truly wonderful people from joining your organization.
In this session, we delve deep into the strategies and practices that employees, managers and leaders can implement to foster a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and respect. By examining some of the root causes of toxic behaviours and promoting positive interactions, workplace transformation can begin.
Leveraging Leadership
In most companies, people who are in management/leadership positions have been promoted to those positions because they’ve performaned well in the company. That doesn’t mean they’ve had any management or leadership training. Attrition costs significant money when it comes to re-hiring and severance. Ideally, you want to keep the good people and attract more! But the truth is, people generally leave managers, not companies.
This session guides the leaders in your organization understand the significance of the impact of their role, while also helping them see opportunities for growth in their own leadership.
